Conditions for Accommodation

When booking via the internet, a booking confirmation is sent by e-mail to the address specified at the time of booking. It is your responsibility as a guest to check that the booking details are correct and to contact Sara's Bed & Breakfast as soon as possible, if anything needs to be rectified. Booking confirmation must be shown upon arrival and check in.

Cancellation / Amendments / Payment

All requests regarding the change or cancellation of existing bookings must be made by email to Sara's Bed & Breakfast or trough contact with the booking organisation that you have used.

Cancellation and Contract Rates

The booking can be amended or cancelled up until 12 noon, 48 hours before arrival (local time), with no extra charge. Payment is due in full, at the latest upon arrival at the hotel.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in takes place between 3pm-9pm. The reception is manned 08am-9pm. Please pass on any comments or points of view on the rooms to the receptionist immediately after check-in. 
Check-out is before 11 noon on the day of departure. If you need to check out later, please contact the reception for possible additional fees incurred.

Late Check-in

Please provide your payment information as a guarantee and we will keep your room for the whole night. If you are unable to provide a guarantee, your room will be available for sale at 6pm on the check-in date (local time).
On guaranteed bookings, 100% of the value of the first night is charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

Promotions and Discounts

Payment/credit card is charged at the time of booking. Changes to the booking, such as cancellation and rebooking can be done free of charge up to 48 hours after the booking has been completed. Cancellation and rebooking must be done via e-mail to Sara's Bed & Breakfast or trough contact with the booking organisation that you have used.

24 hours after the time of booking, no change, cancellation or rebooking can be made. No part of the prepaid amount will be refunded upon late cancellations after the above mentioned deadline. The room is guaranteed for late arrival.

Damage

The guest or person that paid for the room is responsible for any damage caused to Sara's Bed & Breakfast rooms, equipment or premises due to irresponsible behavior.

All rooms are non-smoking. If the guest smokes in the rooms or in our premises, 2100 SEK is charged for cleaning costs.

Responsibility for Private Property

Sara's Bed & Breakfast is not responsible for private property stored in our rooms or premises.

Right to Deny Accommodation

For the safety of our staff and guests, we reserve the right to deny accommodation. Behaviour, physical and mental state or inability to provide full payment for the booking may be reasons for our decision to deny accommodation.

Force Majeure

For those cases where the reservation can not be fulfilled due to reasons outside the guest's or Sara's Bed & Breakfast’s control, or Sara's Bed & Breakfast could not reasonably be expected to have taken into account when the agreement was completed and whose consequences could not have been avoided or overcome, Sara's Bed & Breakfast is free of liability or other penalties.

Other

We have a high ambition to keep the information on our site accurate and up to date. However, Sara's Bed & Breakfast can not assume any liability for any losses arising directly or indirectly as a consequence from the use of this information.
